The Site: ~150-180ft x 80-100ft elevated concrete slab from old sawmill, 8-10ft above grade on steel I-beams.
Theme: Logging / timber / Bass Pro entrance feel. Near Dale Hollow Lake (3M+ visitors/yr).
Orientation (Revised): Main entrance faces NORTH toward campground interior. Highway 111 sees the back facade with "ELDER CAMPGROUND" signage. Mom's patio on north edge overlooks playground at ground level. Under-slab space used for covered parking, storage, and storm shelter.

Flipped Orientation • Entrance Faces Campground
Grand timber lodge (120' x 60') with entrance facing north toward the campground. Highway 111 sees a clean back facade with "ELDER CAMPGROUND" signage and stone chimney. Mom's patio extends from the north edge with umbrella tables and kitchen pass-through — overlooking the playground below at ground level. Includes full floor plan + under-slab basement plan.
